I think you need to work on shading. It looks like you're just putting shadows around the edges and highlights in the middle. Remember to choose a lightsource and stick with it, and apply shadows and highlights accordingly. Also try to incorporate different intensities of shadows. For example, the little creases in hands should, for the most part, be lighter in comparison to, say, the shadows in the arms. Speaking of which, you should study mucles some more to get a more accurate, defined shape in arms. Also his ear is a bit high up. And I think the microphone should be dark like the cord, because I couldn't tell it was there until I looked for it.
But I like your composition and your use of a variety of techniques. Your pencil work is kind of a mix of blended and sketchy areas, which is very interesting as it creates different textures. I also love your attention to detail, even the smallest, most delicate details (like those creases in the hands, and whatnot.) I really like the face and the shading on it. I love the emotion and movement in your work. I like the yellow backdrop, it gives a lot of energy. Great stuff, I like it, very eye-catching.

i did a sketch of this one and it was a bit more correct anatomy wise anyways, but i blew it up to this size, not something im used to,
